Slow Down Aging

To better understand aging, why we age, and why some people age slower than others, we first have to know what causes aging. Ingredients : a) 15g Astragalus Root () HuangQi
    b) 2 pcs Red Date () HongZao
    c) 15g Chinese Wolfberries () GouQi
    d) 12g American Ginseng () HuaQiShen
       
Method : 1) Rinse above ingredients and infuse with 300ml of boiling water for 15 minutes.
    2) Strain and serve.
