Regulating Qi

There are two type of Qi ()within the body, which are congenital Qi() and acquired Qi(). Congenital Qi is inherited from our parent that represents our basic constitution whereas acquired Qi is derived from the foods that we eat and the air we breath. Qi stored mainly in the kidneys that responsible for growth, reproduction and development. A person with a deficiency of Qi may experience infections.

1) Longan Pulp American Ginseng Tea
Ingredients : a) 12g American Ginseng () HuaQiShen
    b) 12g Longan Pulp () GuiYuanRou
    c) 12g Solomon's Seal () YuZhu
       
Method : 1) Rinse above ingredients. Put all into a mug with 300ml of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.

It aids nourishing Qi and blood, moistens the body.
