Reduce Acne

Internal Consumption: Honey Suckle Flower With Licorice Tea
External Care: Mung Bean Mask
Internal - Reduce Acne
1) Honey Suckle Flower with Licorice Tea
Serving Size: 1 Person
Ingredients : a) 10 g honey sucker flower ()JinYinHua
    b) 10 g forsythia fruit ()LianQiao
    c) 4g Licorice root ()GanCao
       
Method : 1) Rinsed above ingredients.
    2) Place above ingredients in a pot. Add in 1000ml of water and bring it to a boil.
    3) Then turn to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
    4) Strain for tea and leave to chill.

Benefits:
Licorice root is neutral in nature. It supports the Qi, clears heat toxins, prevent dryness. Commonly used to treat skin problems, fatigue, cough, red sores and etc. Honey suckle flower clears dampness, relieve wind and heat toxincity and so on.

Note:
a) You can get the honey suckle flower in any Traditional Chinese Medicine's Stores.

 
External -Reduce Acne Mask
1) Mung Bean Mask
Ingredients : a) Mung Bean ()LuDou
    b) Natural Indigo ()QingDai
    c) Blumen ()MeiPian
       
Method : 1) Grind the above ingredients to powder. Combined well.
    2) Mix a small mount of water to form a paste.
    3) Apply the paste to the face and leave it to dry
    4) Rinse off with water gently.
 
Note:
You can get the natural indigo and blumen in any Traditional Chinese Medicine's stores.
