Red Eyes:

 
Internal Consumption: Chrysanthemum Wolfberries Green Tea
Common Leafflower & Wolfberries Tea
Red Eyes Recipes
1) Chrysanthemum Wolfberries Green Tea
Serving Size: 1 Person
Ingredients : a) 15g Dried Chrysanthemum ()JuHua
    b) 10g Chinese Wolfberries ()GouQi
    c) 1 green tea bag () LuChaBao
       
Method : 1) Infuse above ingredients with 300ml of boiling water.
    2) Strain for tea.

Benefits:
Useful for people who experience red eyes due to stay up late.

Note:
You can get the above ingredients at any traditional Chinese medicine's stores.

 
2) Common Leafflower & Wolfberries Tea
Serving Size: 1-2 Persons
Ingredients : a) 20g Common Leafflower Herb () YeXiaZhu
    b) 15g Chinese Wolfberries ()GouQi
       
Method : 1) Rinse above ingredients.
    2) Place above ingredients into a pot with 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
    3) Common leafflower herb can be obtained in fresh or dried. If cooking with dried common leafflower herb will have to decoct for about 20 minutes over low heat after boiling.
Benefits:
Common leafflower aids reduce red eyes and expels the heat in the liver. Pairing with Chinese wolfberry is an excellent red eyes remedy.
