Longevity is a term that refers to
long life. According to the research, the life span of
human could possibly live - perhaps 120 years - under
the best circumstances. However, only few can be lived
to this age due to attacked by severe illness. Aging is
a natural process of human life cycle and theory of TCM
believes the main factor that caused aging is decline
of Qi or essence in the kidneys. Hence, diet that strengthens
the kidneys may helps prolonging life.
Soak white fungus overnight. Remove
the tough bits before tearing into small
pieces.

Rinse gingko nut and blanch with boiling
water. Set aside.

Put white fungus and gingko buts in
a pot with 800ml of water and bring
to a boil. Turn low heat and cook for
30 minutes. Add in egg white and stir
well. Cook for further 5 minutes.

Season with some rock sugar and serve.

Rinse and peel dioscorea.
Cut into small cubes. Place into blender
and blend until smooth. Set aside

water and combine well. Whisk the mixture
until it is smooth.

Preheat your pan on medium
heat. Pour a little oil in the pan and
swirl the pan so that the whole bottom
is coated . Pour the mixture into the
pan as you swirl the pan again.

When the bottom of the
crepe turn brown, flip it over with
a spatula and brown the second side.
Remove to a plate when done and repeat
the process over and over

Serve warm with jam or
roll the crepe as a wrap with tuna and
so on.
