The mouth is often one of the first
places that tell us when we are run down. Bad breath or
halitosis is often symtomatic of a digestive problem or
it is simply the result of eating too much garlic and
spicy food. The first priority to aid prevention and recovery
is to eat plenty of fresh vegetables, raw and cooked,
and have enough exercise and plenty of rest. Secondly,
use a simple tooth powder or paste that will not interfece
with natural balance of good bacteria in the mouth that
help to fight simple infections.
