In theory of TCM, the reasons that
caused constipation are Qi stagnation, heat in the body
or the internal organs affected, for instance spleen and
liver disharmony. TCM's treatment approach though recovering
from root cause. A high-fibre diet and increased intake
of raw fruit and vegetables often helps to relieve this
condition. Of course, drink plenty of water is a must
to promote the flow. Foods that improves bowel movement
are:
a) All green leafy such as Chinese spinach, asparagus,
brussels sprout, artichoke and etc.
b) Fruits like apple, papaya, fig, grapefruit, orange,
persimmon and so on.
Rinse papaya, peel and remove seed.
Then cut papaya into small cubes.

Put papaya, fresh milk and honey
into blender and blend well.

Scatter crushed black sesame on top
before serving.
