High Blood Pressure Diet

High Blood Pressure occurs when there is resistance in the blood vessels to the flow of blood. It is often symptomless or associated with high cholesterol and arteriosclerosis. Risk Factors include chronic stress, age, poor diet and excessive alcohol consumption. High blood pressure greatly increases the patient's risk of suffering a stroke or heart attack, kidney failure, and vision problems. Here are some recommended high blood pressure recipes.
Internal Consumption: Sterculia Green Tea
Chrysanthemum Porridge
High Blood Pressure Diet
1) Sterculia Green Tea
 
Ingredients : a) 1 Sterculia () PangDaHai
    b) 1 Green tea bag () LuChaBao
       
Method : 1) Infuse above ingredient with 400ml of boiling water for 15 minutes.
    2) Starin and serve.

Benefits:
Relieves heat and promotes urination, lowering high blood pressure and cholesterol. Beneficial for people who is suffer from high blood pressure.

 
2) Chrysanthemum Porridge
 
Ingredients : a) 15g Dried Chrysanthemum () JuHua
    b) 100g White Rice () BaiMi
       
Method : 1) Grind chrysanthemum to powder. Set aside.
    2) Rinse rice and put in a pot with 1000ml of water and cook until done.
    3) Add in chrysanthemum powder and cook further 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
Benefits:
Chrysanthemum able to improve the coronary artery blood flow, anti inflammation and relieving heat.
