Fight Fatigue

There are a number of reason causes of fatigue. The most common reason is, of course, lack of sleep, others like insufficient of water intake, less exercise, constipation, caused by a wide range of illnesses and diseases and etc. In TCM, fatigue results when the equation is out of balance, either because too much energy is being spent or it is not being balanced by enough rest or adequate nutrition.
Internal Consumption: Chrysanthemum Devil's Root Tea
Fight Fatigue
1) Chrysanthemum Devil's Root Tea
Ingredients : 1) 6g Dried Chrysanthemum () JuHua
    2) 15g Devil's Root () CiWuJia
       
Method : 1) Rinse above ingredients separately.
    2) In a pot, add eleuthero with 1000ml of water and bring to a boil then turn to low heat.
    3) Cook for about 5 minutes then add chrysanthemum. Cover and steep for about 5 minutes. Strain for tea before serving.

This drink helps strengthen the mind and calms the nerves, fight fatigue.
