Job's Tear Soy Drink
Ingredients : a) 300ml Soy milk () Dou Nai
    b) 1 Egg () Ji Dan
    c) 1 tbsp Job's Tear Powder () Yi Ren Fen
    d) 1 tbsp Black Sesame Powder () Hei Zhi Ma Fen
    e) 1 tbsp Dioscorea Powder ()Shan Yao Fen
       
Method : 1) Cook soy milk until boil.
    2) Add egg into the mug then pour in the boiled soy drink.
    3) Add in job's tear powder and black sesame powder, dioscorea powder and stir well. Ready to serve.

Benefits:
Both Job'stear and soy milk have cooling, whitening of skin and nourishing the Yin effect, whereas black sesame powder helps strengthens the kidney and reducing gray hair. Diosocrea not only has whitening and noushring of skin effect but also helps anti-aging, improves digestive system, lowering blood sugar and lowering blood pressure.

Recommended:
For people with Hot type body, dry skin, dry cough

Contraindication:
Not suitable for people who with cold type body condition unless adding ginger slices when boiling the soy milk as ginger is warm in nature. By adding in will reduce the cooling properties.

Treatment:
Drink 2 - 3 times a week.
