Face Moisturizing

Internal Consumption: Solomon's Seal Honey Soup
External Care: Chive Cnidium Mask
Internal - Moisturizing
1) Solomon's Seal Honey Soup
Serving Size: 1 Person
Ingredients : a) 30g Solomon's Seal ()YuZhu
       
Seasoning : a) Some Honey Bee Rock Sugar ()FengTang
       
Method : 1) Place above ingredient in a pot with 500ml of water and bring to a boil, then turn over low heat and cook for about 20 minutes
    2) Add in some honey bee sugar to taste. Strain and serve.
 

Benefits:
Solomon's seal is cool in nature. It nourishes the Yin, prevent intenal dryness, treat thirst, reduces sensation of heat in the bones and has nourishing the skin properties. Pairing with honey bee sugar helps moistens the skin.

You can get the solomon's seal and honey bee sugar in any Traditional Chinese Medicine's stores

 
External -Moisturizing Mask
1) Chive Cnidium Mask
Ingredients : a) 40g Chives ()JiuChai
    b) 5g Cnidium ()ChuanXiong
    c) 1 egg yolk ()DanHuang
       
Method : 1) Blend the chives, grind cnidium to powder.Set aside.
    2) combine well above ingredients to make a granular paste.
    3) Apply the mixture to face and leave to dry.
    4) Rinse off with water.

The cnidium is available in any Traditional Chinese Medicine's stores.
