Cardiovascular Diseases Diet

A good diet can help to keep the cardiovascular system working efficiently throughout life. If you have suffered a heart attack, the most effective way to avoid a second attack is to follow a diet that protects your cardiovascular system. Here are the recommended combination of herbal medicine and food to produce prescription for dietetic treatment.
Internal Consumption: American Ginseng Salvia Root
Simmer Potato With Soy Sauce
Cardiavascular Diseases Diet
1) American Ginseng Salvia Root
 
Ingredients : a) 9g American Ginseng () HuaQiShen
    b) 9g Salvia Root () DanShen
       
Method : 1) Put above ingredients into a pot with 800ml of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 20minutes over low heat.
    2) Strain and serve.
Benefits:
Helps to lower the chances of cardiovascular diseases caused by cholesterol and hyperlipidemia.
 
2) Simmer Potato with Soy Sauce
 
Ingredients : a) 2 Potatoes () MaLingShu
    b) 1 cloves garlic () SuanMi
    c) 150ml Water () Shui
       
Seasoning : a) Some soy sauce () JiangYou
       
Method : 1) Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
    2) Peel garlic and finely chopped.
    3) Heat up oil, pan-fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and drain.
    4) Saute garlic until fragrant.
    5) Add in fried potatoes and water.
    6) Season with soy sauce and simmer it over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
Benefits:
Able to invigorate blood vessels, clear the blood vessel walls of cholesterol and lipids caused by obesity or blocked arteries.
