Brigthen Eyes:

Internal Consumption: Chinese Wolfberries Chrysanthemum Tea
Internal - Brighten Eyes
1) Chinese Wolfberries Chrysanthemum Tea
Ingredients : a) 4g Dried Chrysanthemum ()JuHua
    b) 20g Chinese Wolfberries ()GouQi
       
Method : 1) Rinse above ingredients and pour in a mug . Steep with 500ml of boiling water for 5 minutes and serve.

Benefits:
Chinese Wolfberries are rich in beta-carotene and Vitamin A. Not only a good source for eyes care but also strengthen the liver whereas chrysanthemum aids clearing heat, reducing sore eyes. This drink helps nourishing the liver and also aids bright eyes.

The dried chrysanthemum and Chinese wolfberries are available in any Traditional Chinese Medicine's stores.
